From herein, The Client/Client refers to the owner of the dog;
It is understood that payment in full is due to secure any booking and must be made prior to the start of service. By making a payment to secure any booking and when service care begins, it is automatically assumed that these Terms & Conditions have been read and has been agreed upon.
It is understood that a full refund is ONLY available if Hello Doggo is notified of the cancellation 24 hours before the service begins. If cancellation is inquired anytime later than 24 hours the day before service begins, only a 50% refund is available.
It is understood that if any client returns and/or stops care mid-service (ex. home early from vacation) there is no refund or credit of any kind.
It is understood that Hello Doggo reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, even mid-service. Client must disclose to Hello Doggo all known needs associated their dog(s). If at anytime Hello Doggo deems any dog unfit for care, the client will be notified and immediate action will need to be taken, which may include the dog being picked up by the client or anyone on their emergency contact list.
Hello Doggo is authorized to take photos and videos for daily visual updates. All photos and videos taken may also be used for promotional purposes, such as social media, and/or use their image and/or likeness in any form for the use at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials and products without compensation and release all rights to such claims.
It is understood that if any client chooses to decline Hello Doggo to take any photos/videos of their dog, the client will not receive any daily visual updates. Client has the right to decline this service at any time. Client will need to notify Hello Doggo via email to confirm this in writing.
It is understood that the client is liable for all claims, expenses, and damages caused by their dog(s).
The client waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Hello Doggo.
It is understood that Hello Doggo shall not be held responsible for any damages to the clients'/client's dogs' personal/property items, or that of others, caused by their dog(s) during the period in which they are booked. i.e.. personal items from home; dog's toy, blanket, dog bed, etc..
It is understood that in the event of an altercation between any dogs, each dog's owner, the client is responsible for any and all resulting medical/veterinary expenses for their own dog.
It is understood that under no circumstances will Hello Doggo be liable for consequential damages or damages beyond the replacement value of the clients' dog(s).
It is understood that Hello Doggo offers a homestyle and social pet care setting. The client accept the risks involved and agrees that Hello Doggo is not liable for any injuries or illnesses during their dog's attendance.
If any medical problems develop while the dog is in the care of Hello Doggo, the client authorizes Hello Doggo to do whatever they deem necessary for the safety, health, and wellbeing of the dog(s). Further, the client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses incurred. Further, the client authorizes all veterinary care providers to share all medical information about their dog(s) with Hello Doggo.
It is understood that all dog(s) must be on a flea & tick preventative and needs to be be up to date on all vaccinations. It is understood that if any dog shows any symptoms of and/or has been exposed to a communicable illness, they shall not bring their dog to Hello Doggo until an accredited veterinarian has confirmed my dog's illness is not contagious.
It is understood that Hello Doggo is unable to offer daycare or boarding services to dogs in heat. the client is responsible to have a plan set in the case that the clients' dog becomes in heat during care, ei --their emergency contact must be available to pick up their dog in this case. It is understood that there is a 30 day period that the clients' dog must wait after their heat cycle before returning for daycare or boarding care services. It is understood that this is for the protection of the client dog and their health. It is understood that in the case that there is a miscalculation the dogs' heat cycle, returns to Hello Doggo for services and becomes pregnant, I, the client will not hold Hello Doggo responsible.
The client acknowledges and accepts that Hello Doggo may use the following behavior modification practices to manage any dog's behavior: exercise, repetitive activities, place practice, confidence building, praise, petting, and other positive reinforcements including offering personal safe spaces such as crates, x-pen or separate areas, etc.
In according to Minnesota Statutes 346.37 General Provisions Subdivision 1: Abandoned Animals; If any dog is left in the possession of a veterinarian, boarding facility, or commercial facility and is not claimed within 10 days of the scheduled pick-up with no communication, the dog is deemed abandoned. Hello Doggo will follow the State Statute and take steps to make the most suitable decision moving forward. It is understood that it is the responsibility that the client ensures that all emergency contact information is up to date in the case of any emergency.
In the case that care service needs to be extended, an additional invoice will be sent, and will need to be paid in full in order to continue service.
The client understands that their dog must be updated on all their vaccines to be provided service.
